Brief
Procraft Media partnered with a leading medical research & innovation center in Irvine, California to modernize its executive boardroom. The space was rebuilt around a high-value custom conference table and required a fully integrated AV environment capable of supporting high-stakes executive meetings and secure hybrid collaboration.
Working in a design-build role, Procraft implemented a complete boardroom AV system including conferencing cameras, presentation displays, audio control, and network-integrated collaboration tools. The system was designed to support clear visibility and engagement for 26 executives seated at the table, while maintaining the privacy and reliability required for sensitive corporate discussions.

The CHALLENGE
The existing boardroom was operational but no longer met the expectations of the executive team. Leadership wanted a more engaging camera system, improved display visibility around the table, and a more refined presentation environment that reflected the stature of the organization.
Architectural constraints—including a glass wall that limited visibility to the primary display—required creative display placement and system design. The project also unfolded alongside an active renovation, with late design changes, wall modifications, and structural reinforcement needed to support a large display installation.

The completed boardroom delivers a modern hybrid meeting environment built for executive-level communication. A large primary display, integrated table-level monitors, and Microsoft Teams conferencing with panoramic cameras provide clear visibility and collaboration for both in-room participants and remote attendees.
Procraft’s system also includes executive-level audio controls and a privacy switch that allows leadership to instantly cut outgoing audio during sensitive discussions. The result is a visually polished boardroom that supports high-level presentations, confidential conversations, and reliable day-to-day operation.
